If you ask "Does the world really need another Fast Guide guide?", then I would say YES.  Granted, there are already many very fine guides on the 'net.  This guide differs, however, in that it always focused the target audience as players who Castle slower than 24 minutes.  The fact that so many players still are so slow to Castle is evidence that the world DOES need yet another guide.
Some critics may ask "Aren't you over-emphasizing a fast Castle time?"  They wouldn't say this if they read the guide.  The guide actually emphasizes laying a sound economic foundation first.  It's just icing on the cake that it can be done under 18-minutes and with more resources than the 24-minute slow Castlers are currently used to doing.
If you are a Terminally Slow Castler and have doubts that you can trim too much off of your current times, you'll be pleased to know that the guide highlights experiences of other slow players who Castled around 24 minutes.   None of these guys doubted they could get down to 20 minutes.  They didn't doubt that they could get down to 19 minutes.  They kind of doubted they could get down to 18 minutes but thought it was worth a shot.  And 2 of them absolutely doubted they could get it down to 17 minutes, and yet they did it!  They were every bit as slow, ever bit as doubtful, every bit a non-expert as you.
